How to install Apple MODs / Cheats for iOS Devices with Jailbreak

System Requirements

  • Your iOS device must have jailbreak.
  • You need to have Cydia Substrate installed on Cydia.
  • You need to have PreferenceLoader installed on Cydia.
  • You need a Filemanager to move the file from your PC to your iDevice (i.e. iFunbox)
  • You need a Filemanager installed on your iDevice to browse and install your file (i.e. iFile or Filza)

How to install the .deb Files

  1. Download the .deb file we provide in the thread.
  2. Copy the file to your jailbroken iOS device using any file managing transfer tool you have (we personally have good experience with iFunbox).
  3. Get sure to have the iFile or Filza Filemanager installed on your device through Cydia, browse to the .deb file you have copied to your iOS device and tap on it. Now install it.
  4. Open Cydia and check under the tab "installed" for the package if its installed correctly. It will always have the name "PMT [Game Name]"
  5. Start the game and enjoy the cheat.

Troubleshoot:

  1. Basic rule: If you are unsure if your device is jailbroken or not, you are NOT jailbroken. Thats nothing you "maybe can have". If you have it, you will know you have it.
  2. Get sure your iOS device is supported. There are mainly 2 type of devices, 32 bit devices and 64 bit devices. Nowadays we hack mainly only the 64 bit devices because the 32 bit devices are only the old ones. Examples for 64 bit devices: iPhone 5s and newer, iPod Touch 6G and newer, iPad Air or Pro and newer, iPad mini 2 and newer. If you have older device your game will start without any cheat or even crash. We will declare in the threads if the cheats are supporting 64 bit, 32 bit or both.
  3. Get sure you are running a supported version of iOS. On hacks for jailbroken devices it is not enough to have a jailbroken iOS, you will need to have all necessary tools for Cydia too. If a new iOS is jailbroken freshly you have to wait a bit for the tool devs to update them Cydia tools. Better don't update your iOS before all is published! In general, don't update a running jailbroken device if not necessary.
  4. Get sure to understand the difference between tweak cheats, patcher cheats and mod menu cheats. Which type of cheat we use, will be written in the thread.
    • Tweak Cheats = Install the .deb file as written above and enjoy the cheat.
    • Patcher Cheats = Install the .deb file as written above, open the installed cheat patcher and choose the cheats which you want your game patched with.
    • Mod Menu Cheats = Same as Tweak Cheats, but you can choose options to mod inside the running game on the menu screen which will show up.

How to install Apple MODs / Cheats for iOS Devices without Jailbreak

  • Windows

Sideloadly

  1. Install iTunes (Win32 Not UWP)
  2. Install Sideloadly
  3. Extract the application file, and open it.
  4. Connect your iOS device.
  5. Download the modded IPA from DwiMarfia.
  6. Drag the IPA file into the Sideloadly window.
  7. Enter your Apple ID and password if required (it's better to use a disposable account). (Note: If you are using two-factor authentication, generate an app-specific password, and use that here.)
  8. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  9. Trust the modded app.
  10. Open the modded app and enjoy!

AltStore

  1. Install iTunes (Win32 Not UWP)
  2. Download AltStore Use the link for your operating system.
  3. Right click the zip you just downloaded and click "Extract All" Wait until this finishes.
  4. Double click "Setup.exe" and follow the on screen instructions provided by AltStore.
  5. Press the Windows key, type "AltServer" and open the application.
  6. Click the arrow icon near the network icon in the taskbar. This will bring up an menu with multiple icons. Look for a diamond shaped logo that says AltServer when mousing over it. Click on it.
  7. From the option brought up, hover over Install AltStore, and select your iOS device.
  8. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
  9. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  10. Trust AltStore.
  11. Tap the "Open in AltStore" button located above.
  12. If promoted, sign into the same Apple ID you used before.
  13. AltStore will now install the app. Wait until it finishes.
  14. Open unc0ver and jailbreak!

Cydia Impactor

  1. Note: This method requires an Apple developer account.
  2. Install iTunes (Win32 Not UWP)
  3. Download Cydia Impactor for the applicable OS.
  4. Extract the application file, and open it.
  5. Connect your iOS device.
  6. Download the latest version of unc0ver from above.
  7. Drag the ipa file into the Impactor window.
  8. Enter your Apple ID and password (requires developer account). (Note: If you are using two factor authentication, generate an app specific password, and use that here.)
  9. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  10. Trust unc0ver.
  11. Open unc0ver and jailbreak!

  • MacOS

Sideloadly

  1. Download Sideloadly and open the .dmg file.
  2. Drag the icon to the Applications folder, and open it.
    NOTE: If your Mac says "Sideloadly" cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified, then press the 'Cancel' button. open System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General → Click 'Open Anyway' → Click 'Open' in the next popup.
  3. Connect your iOS device.
  4. Download the modded IPA from DwiMarfia.
  5. Drag the IPA file into the Sideloadly window.
  6. Enter your Apple ID and password if required (it's better to use a disposable account). (Note: If you are using two-factor authentication, generate an app-specific password, and use that here.)
  7. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  8. Trust the modded app.
  9. Open the modded app and enjoy!

AltStore

  1. Download AltStore. Use the link for your operating system.
  2. Unzip and move AltStore to your Applications folder.
  3. Launch the AltStore application.
  4. Click on the AltStore icon in the Menu Bar, and then click on the Install Mail Plug-in option.
  5. Open the Mail app, and click on Mail → Preferences in the menu bar.
  6. Open the General tab in mail preferences, click Manage Plug-ins, check AltPlugin, and apply and restart Mail.
  7. Connect your iOS device via USB.
  8. Click AltStore in the menu bar, then go to Install AltStore → (Your iOS Device)
  9. Login with your Apple ID when prompted and click install.
  10. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  11. Trust AltStore.
  12. Tap the "Open in AltStore" button located above.
  13. AltStore will now install the app. Wait until it finishes.
  14. Open unc0ver and jailbreak!

Xcode + iOS App Signer

  1. Install Xcode, open it, and agree to the license agreement.
  2. Plug in your iOS device and select it as the build target.
  3. Open Xcode and create a new iOS Application.
  4. Type a name and identifier.
  5. Xcode will complain about the lack of a provisioning profile. Click fix issue.
  6. Sign into an Apple ID when prompted.
  7. Download iOS App Signer
  8. Download the latest version of unc0ver from above.
  9. Open iOS App Signer.
  10. Select the ipa you just downloaded as an input file.
  11. Click start.
  12. Return to Xcode. Go to the menu bar. Click Window → Devices.
  13. Find your device, click the plus, and select the file created by iOS App Signer.
  14. Open unc0ver on your device and jailbreak!

Cydia Impactor

  1. Note: This method requires an Apple developer account.
  2. Download Cydia Impactor for the applicable OS.
  3. Extract the application file, and open it.
  4. Connect your iOS device.
  5. Download the latest version of unc0ver from above.
  6. Drag the IPA file into the Impactor window.
  7. Enter your Apple ID and password (requires developer account). (Note: If you are using two factor authentication, generate an app specific password, and use that here.)
  8. On your iOS device, open Settings → General → Device Management and tap on your Apple ID.
  9. Trust unc0ver.
  10. Open unc0ver and jailbreak!

  • Linux

  1. Note: This method requires an Apple developer account.
